Change Contract Holder and Move Payment Method

Update Contract Holder

In this example, we will move the Child as the contract holder to an Adult, and then the Child is the enrollee and Adult is the Contract Holder.

Follow these steps:

1) Click the three dots next to Manage Course (for Booking) or Email Contract (for memberships). This example is for a Booking.

2)Select update Contract Holder

3-4)Search and then select the Adult/Parent

5) Select>Update Enrollment>No, leave the enrollment as the child

6) Read the Warning and you most likely want to Select the first option: update the contract holder and transfer the stored payment  method (you have to have your credit cards already migrated into Redpoint). Click Yes

7) Shows the Child as the Enrollee and the Parent as the Contract Holder 

 

Parents should create online profiles, this will allow them to view, and manage, their child’s membership.
If the child has a profile it can be transferred to a parent see Storefront Profile on Child's Account: Parent can't complete waiver or manage account.

 

Awaiting Token Migration after import?

Add new payment method to parent's customer record, then update contract holder without moving payment (because the payment method is already on parent)
