To Trigger Cash drawer to open, you MUST print (print is only about a half inch).  Two computers can share a single networked receipt printer and a single cash drawer, but you still must print to pop the drawer.

Redpoint operates in a web browser, so the printer is configured to the computer, not directly in Redpoint.

The printer driver needs to be the receipt printer (EPSON) printer driver (not windows generic).

The printer preferences need to be set so that the drawer opens after each print job.  Do that here on the Peripherals tab:

If your EPSON printing preferences does not have a Peripherals tab then you will need to update your driver from EPSON.
Minimum required driver: Advanced Printer Driver v5.13

Under print options, do not include Headers and Footers, as this will add a URL to the bottom of the page and make the small Open Drawer throwaway printed receipt as a long doc with a URL on the bottom.
