Connecting Sendgrid to Redpoint

1. Go to your Sendgrid Account.
   
   
2. Create API key in sendgrid (Settings > API Key > Create API Key)
   
   
3. Set to Full Access

4. Take your API key and add it to Redpoint
   •  In Redpoint: Go to Manage > Organization & Facility Settings > Integrations > Sendgrid
   • This will give you a webhook that you then need to go put into sendgrid

5. In Sendgrid go to  Mail Settings > Event Webhook > Add New Event Webhook > Paste the url from Redpoint in the Post URL field  This will allow you to track clicks etc..
   • Check ALL the checkboxes in the Actions to be posted section.
   • Signature Verification: Toggle ON
   • OAuth Verification: OFF
   • Click Test Integration and click OK to save
     
     
     
6. Here’s how it should look in SendGrid when done
   
   
   
7. Confirm the webhook in Redpoint
   • Go to View > System > Webhook Log
   • Find a SendGrid entry on list

8. In Redpoint, set SendGrid as the Marketing Email Service Provider 

• • • Go to Manage > Organization & Facility Settings > Email Service Providers.  
    • Click Edit to set SendGrid as the Marketing Email Service Provider
