Plans: Removed 'Get Session Link' for sessions in the past.

In Manage Menu > Plans > Manage Plans 'Directories' (Tab) > Programs (Tab) > Select a Program (also accessible via Calendar Module) > Manage Course Window > Sessions (Tab)

Removed live session links for any program sessions in the past.

Fixes

Course Emails: Scrollable recipient list and include concluded enrollments/contracts

In Calendar Module > Select Course > Send Course Email (Button) > Select 'Email Enrollments & Contract Holders' OR 'Email Contract Holders'

List recipients attending the course, which can be selected/deselected. Recipient list populated to include contact credentials from Enrollees as well as Contract Holders after the Course has concluded.

Customer Email List: Filter by ‘Skipped-dup’ Status.

Filter status of 'skipped-dup' when viewing sent email notifications. 'Skipped-dup' are emails that were skipped and not sent due to 'Prevent Duplicate Emails' constraints.
