The Booking Limits Spoke is how you can enable bookings, enable the wait list, control how many people can sign up for a course, and set the online draft timeout.

Setting booking limits is needed to restrict the class size of a program.

Booking Limit Options

Allow Bookings

• Allow or disallow bookings

Has Wait List

• Enable or disable the wait list for the plan

Maximum Total Contracts Per Course

• Maximum Contracts per Course
• Contracts can have more then one enrollment

Maximum Enrollments Per Contract

• Set the maximum number of enrollments per contract
• i.e. allow 2 people to sign up in one transaction

Minimum Enrollments Per Contract

• Set the minimum number of enrollments per contract
• i.e. require at least 2 people to sign up per contract
• Defaults to 1

Online draft timeout

• Reserves enrollment spots when someone has the program in their cart through their Customer Portal
• Defaults to 15 minutes

 If no booking limit is configured it will default to needing at least one enrollment to complete a contact and an unlimited qty can be sold

Use Case:

• Memberships

Example for an instructional class

• This allows people who don’t know each other to be in the same course
• The course will remain available to book until all available enrollment spots are full

The configuration allows for multiple booking options

• 1 person to book all 6 enrollment spots
• 6 people to book individually
• Any combination of the above (1 booking for 3, 1 booking for 1, 1 booking for 2)

Example for an experience package (i.e. groups, lock-ins, private lessons, etc.)

• 1 contract of up to 4 enrollments is allowed (you can set the Maximum Total Enrollments Per Course to any number)
• When this is booked it will show the session as unavailable regardless of if it has 1 enrollment or 4
• Staff can add or remove participants from the booked course through the calendar
