There are three types of draft contracts, each with unique characteristics:

Staff Drafts:

• Created by staff members.
• Reserves capacity in a course until deleted.
• Automatically removed nightly if the contract start date has passed.
• Train staff to follow through and complete or delete to avoid hanging drafts.

Online Drafts:

• Contracts created in the customer experience and saved in their cart.
• Reserves capacity in a course for a specified time (determined by the plan's booking limits).
• Automatically removed nightly if the contract start date has passed.

Kiosk Drafts:

• Submitted by customers via a kiosk that does not collect payment.
• Reserves capacity in a course until deleted.
• These drafts are never automatically deleted.

Kiosk Drafts are denoted by purple 'Kiosk Badge'

Draft contracts are INCOMPLETE and must be activated or pushed through POS to complete them

Workflow for kiosk drafts: Manage > Contracts > Kiosk:Today > Open in Cart

Viewing Draft Contracts

• Find all Draft Contracts here: Contracts > Draft Contracts
• Draft contracts are also found on the customer record.
• Expand Contracts and click 'Open in Front Desk' to open in POS cart and complete the sale. 

• In addition, Find todays Kiosk contracts (including draft contracts) here: Contracts > Kiosk: Today
• Open in cart to complete Kiosk Draft Purchase.  Can only be done in gym where draft originated.
