Features

Contracts: Kiosk draft contracts are no longer deleted at midnight on start date.

  • When a customer completes a contract on a kiosk that DOES NOT collect payment, a draft contract is created. These draft contracts no longer delete at midnight on the start date - only online and staff initiated ones do.

  • Draft Contracts have not been paid for and are not yet actual memberships - they must be activated or paid for at POS to make them “real.”

  • View draft contracts in the Contracts module > Draft Contracts tab

  • Front Desk workflow: Go to Contracts > Kiosk today and Open in Cart

    • Alternatively, find it anywhere you find contracts and Open in Front Desk.

      • Contracts > Draft Contracts tab

      • Course on Calendar tab 

 

Activate Contract is an option that will will make it active and add an invoice to the customer’s account even if they don’t have a pay method on file.

 

    • Draft Contracts cannot be paid for at a location other than the one in which it was created. The only option, if the draft was created at a different location, is to activate the contract OR contact the originating gym to push to Front Desk and complete the transaction (invoice to account if it is a billed plan)

 

Tickets: Ticket work in progress is ‘saved’ for a browser tab AND you cannot resolve a ticket with draft comments.

  • You can no longer resolve a comment with a draft ticket. The ONLY exception to this is if you actually EDIT the ticket and toggle Resolve. But if you 'resolve as adding a comment' or 'resolve without a comment' it will warn. It will warn in two states:

    • if the NEW comment is draft or

    • there are existing draft comments above.

  • To make this smooth for the user though, the "comment in progress" needs to be preserved because otherwise they get the error message, and then fix the draft comment higher up on the ticket (usually by deleting) and then have lost their work on the new comment.

    Thus, the 'comment in progress' is saved by browser tab now - which should be a nice quality of life improvement.

 

Email Automations: Basic engagement visibility.

Manage > Notifications > Email Automations now show engagement.

You are now able to view engagement statistics such as # Sent, Unique Clicks, and Open Rates.

 

Improvements

Customer Interface: Paying Balances display payment method used on declines

In the Customer Portal, when a customer attempts to add a new credit card payment method, a $0 authorization is done to confirm the card is valid. If it fails, the Heads up message now shows the last 4 digits of the card that are failing. This should help with future troubleshooting.

 

Fixes

Badges: frozen badges with same priority in badge sort order should not be displayed if there is an active badge in the same priority

If a customer had contracts that designated the same badge and one was frozen and one was active, the frozen badge was persisting. Now the active contract takes priority over a frozen contract in the same badge designation.

 

Contracts: contract promotion went missing when applying during alter contract even though price was correct

Adding a promo code when altering a contract correctly held pricing but the promo code disappeared. This has been fixed so the promo code does not disappear.
