Products: Added cost and tax quantity to grids: 'Transfers' and 'Adjustments' within Manage Products

Check-In: New rule to alert on check-in for invalid customer requirements.
- New Check-n Guard has been created so that you can optionally alert on contracts with invalid requirements.
- In Manage Menu > Organization & Facility Settings > Check-in Guards.
- New Check-in Rule is “Customer_Requirement_Rule." When added, it will alert all contract holders and enrollees on a contract that has any invalid enrollments.
Plans: Restrict online thaws until at least X billing cycles have passed.
- You can now set a minimum freeze duration by Plan for any Recurring billed plans.
- Go to Manage > Plans > click the “big edit” next to your plan title and find the new tab: Thaw Terms.
