New Contract Button in POS

Overview

Alongside using POS buttons to display specific contracts, you can optionally configure your POS to include a “New Contract” button directly on the POS screen (as shown below). This provides quick access to start a new contract but is not required for contract functionality.

If you use this button to sell a contract that includes documents requiring a customer signature, they will not be prompted to sign during the transaction.

To ensure customers complete and sign contracts—such as membership agreements—before payment is taken at the point of sale, configure the plan through a kiosk storefront instead.

Add/Remove the New Contract button at POS

Navigate to Manage > Organization & Facility Settings > Facility: menu > Point of Sale > Options

  • Click Edit at the bottom of the screen.

  • To show the option, check the box.

  • To remove the option, uncheck the box.
