The Schedule Tab appears for Programs only. Here is where you will create the courses that will be displayed on the calendar to your staff and to customers.
To create courses hidden from the public view, create Custom Courses for the plan directly in calendar.

Fixed
For single, non-repeating time slots. Can be single or multi-session, but the course created here runs one time and translates to one instance on the calendar.
dbl click on calendar to add fixed instance that is 60 min long. use left sidebar to edit
each date can have multiple sessions on it added one by one or added as multiple sessions when adding to a start time to the date. Once created, it cannot be changed to multi, just add more.
Recurring
Create your recurring course schedule here. can be indefinite… on the Options tab you will define how far out the schedule is built in the staff facing and customer facing calendar, and in Booking Periods you will restrict how far out the course can be booked.

Composite
Composite schedules are for ongoing billed or prepaid programs with recurring sessions, or a long term prepaid program.

Default Staffing Tab (Assign Instructor)
To assign Instructors to a course there are a number of heirarchical options.
1. Default for ALL sessions
Set the default instructor for ALL dates and times on the Default Staffing tab.
2. Default for certain sessions
You can override, or set default staffing as well on the schedule building level.
Edit the Day/Date rule OR the Time OR session rule, and a default instructor can be added at any level.
When enabled, these settings will override any staff set on the Default Staffing tab
3. Set by specific session at the Calendar module level
You can also add staffing to specific sessions from the Calendar Module. This will override any default settings set in the Default Staffing Tab or the Schedule tab above.
Open the session and Edit Course. Add staff on the Staffing Tab.
NOTE: At each of these levels, if the toggle at that assignment level is enabled, that assignment will be used even if no staff is assigned there. So if you have Default staffing set at the Default Staffing tab level and then toggle on to enable at the schedule level, the schedule level will display even if no staff person is assigned there.
