Bookings can be moved to other available dates and times for the same course, even after the course has begun. To "move" a booking to a new course type instead, see here.
Edit Booking
- This can be accessed from the customer’s record on their Bookings tab (shown here), from the course window in calendar, or from the Contracts > Bookings page.
- Once a contract is Concluded, the Edit Booking link changes to View Booking. To edit, click the arrow next to View Booking - Edit Booking can be found in that menu.
Special Permission (Edit Concluded Contracts) is needed to move concluded bookings to a new date
Change Course
Click ‘Change Course’ in the Edit Booking window
Use the Calendar to find and Select the session you want to move this booking to. Click 'Select Course' to choose the new course date/time then click OK.

If you have multiple facilities, you can select the other facilities IF the course is one that is configured to be sold in those locations. It will default to the current booking location.
THIS IS NOT RECOMMENDED as the original payment will stay in the original booking location. - Overbook button is shown if the class is full, but permission to overbook must be enabled for it to work. Permission is ‘Overbook Course’ which can be assigned to any of the roles created.
Complete the Change
Click OK to view the new booking’s edit window and click OK again to close.
If the enrollments on the contract are not moving to the same course, one enrollment should be cancelled with a new booking created while the other is moved. Contracts cannot be split up, enrollees can only be added or removed per the restrictions you have set.
The credit from the cancellation can be used to create and pay for the new booking, similar to the process shown here.
