Contract End Dates Must Match error when moving a booking to a new session

 

 

Problem

‘Heads Up! Contract end date must match the course end date' pops up when I try to reschedule a booking to a different date and time or make any edits to a booking.

This error is caused because the booking has a different end date/time than the current course settings. This can happen with imported classes or classes in a course that has changed.

Solution

Correct the end date/time by clicking Edit Booking > Change Course and rebook them into the same course session. Once done, you can now move the booking to a different session, or make any other edits to the booking you need to without getting the error.

If the course is full, you will need Overbooking permission to rebook them into the same, already full course.
